The creation of the restaurant was based on the idea of an alpine chalet, where tired travelers can rest after the ascent. In "Birchal" everything is subordinated to this idea: log walls and ceiling, wooden furniture, a real wood-burning fireplace ... But at the same time, not only the lightness of space, but also a certain grotesqueness of the interior is preserved here. There is some kind of secret in it, which is pleasant and interesting to solve. The mysterious atmosphere is supported by fabulous forged mushrooms, as if they came from a magical forest, and unusual lighting and decor items. Birchale is, first of all, a restaurant, and the main thing, of course, is the menu and the quality of the dishes. Only the highest quality and freshest products are purchased for the dishes. Every evening in the restaurant there is live music, the staff lights the fireplace and tries to create for you the atmosphere of a pleasant and somewhat mysterious evening.
