30 flights of stairs (260 steps) connect the observation decks. Five wide terraces, enveloping the slope, were poured with asphalt, making paths convenient for walking. More than 60 benches and fences were installed on the terraces.

After sunset, the stairs flare up with hundreds of lights. Glittering garlands with a total length of more than 2 thousand meters form about 270 projectors and lamps.
