The refectory "Razgulay" - a restaurant of Russian author's cuisine - is located on the shore of the lake. An open grill, Russian style, hand-painted, panels and graphics by Altai artists enliven the restaurant. The dishes on the menu are a combination of familiar motives of Russian traditional cuisine and modern gastronomic technologies. Only ecologically pure Altai products are used in the preparation: sugudai from Siberian fish, venison, dairy products from local farmers, delicious homemade pickles and jams.
