The architect's house is a cultural heritage site of regional importance.
The building dates back to the beginning of the 20th century.

The wooden house is located in the historical part of Barnaul. During the Soviet period, it was used as an apartment building.

Reconstruction was carried out in 1985. The architect's house was opened in the building on October 1, 1985. Members of the Altai organization of the Union of Architects of the USSR held here authorial and group exhibitions, creative meetings, and lectured.

The house of the architect is included in the excursion "Wooden lace of Barnaul".
