The Nosovich House is an object of cultural heritage of the regional heritage. The building was built in 1908 by the architect I.F. Nosovich.

Ivan Kallist Feodosievich Nosovich - architect, engineer, public figure. Nosovich was a full member of the Altai Subdivision of the West Siberian Department of the Imperial Russian Geographical Society.

The building is valuable as an example of an urban dwelling house of the early XX century, is an example of a building in the forms of eclecticism with elements of Art Nouveau and features of folk architecture.
