The rehearsal and concert base of the Siberia Orchestra has been erected since 2008 on the site of the former Pioner cinema, which was still revolutionary. The concert hall was opened in November 2014.

The spacious, bright lobby of the cultural and business center is decorated with marble, granite and precious woods. The lobby is decorated with a grand spiral staircase and chandeliers with shades of colored art glass.

The Siberia Concert Hall for 490 seats was the first in the region to be designed according to strict acoustical rules - there is no need for an orchestra to "sound". The hall is equipped with light and sound multimedia equipment. The stage is equipped with a large plasma screen and can be viewed completely from anywhere in the hall: the seats are located in an amphitheater.
