The complex on the right bank of the Ob has five tracks of various difficulty levels for skiing, snowboarding and "cheesecakes". The length of the slopes is up to 350 m and the height difference is up to 75 m. On the slopes, there are drag lifts - 2 single and one 2-seater (the capacity is more than 2 thousand people per hour), on the children's track there is a single BabyLift cable car. In the evening, one of the trails is illuminated. The artificial snowmaking system and the maintenance of the slopes with a snowcat keep the snow surface in good condition from November to April.

The instructors help beginners learn the basics of skiing. Children are trained at the Olympic Reserve School.

Sports equipment rental, a left-luggage office and a cafe are available at "Avalman".
