The Altai hippodrome is located on the territory of the Siberian Compound complex. Races are held here all year round, auctions for the sale of pedigree horses are organized, and it is here that the spectacular festival "Siberian Maslenitsa" takes place.

The equipment of the Altai hippodrome allows for the highest level races. The race is opened by a special start machine, and its results and photo finish are displayed on an electronic board. The participants have at their disposal a modern track with an all-season surface (the only one of this level in Altai), warm modern stables, and qualified personnel. A covered tribune, a cafe, a restaurant have been made for the audience.

Since 2014, all the traditional trotting horse prizes and many riding prizes have been raffled at the racetrack. For several years the Altai hippodrome has been one of the ten best hippodromes in Russia.
