Rudny Altai is one of the most interesting tourist areas of the Altai Territory. The nature of the relief favors making simple sports trips of the first and second categories of difficulty in hiking, skiing, cycling and car tourism, and the first category of difficulty in water tourism. There is plenty of space for 2-3-day weekend routes for parents with children, high school students, as well as elderly people; good prospects open up for horseback riding. The area is very attractive for fans of educational, historical and scientific tourism.
The most beautiful natural objects are located in Gornaya Kolyvan: lakes Kolyvanskoe, Beloe, Mokhovoe and many others, mountain peaks and exotic outlier rocks, and so on. The highest peak of the Kolyvan ridge is Mount Sinyukha. Despite its relatively low altitude (1210 m above sea level), it looks very majestic. Above a thousand meters, Mount Revnyukha (1110 m), Severny Kamen (1002 m) and some other peaks from which a beautiful panorama opens up: to the north and north-west, as far as the eye can see, the endless expanses of the West Siberian lowland, and in the south, beyond the Belaya River, rises the Tigirek Range.

HAT TO WATCH AND WHAT TO DO
The Altai Territory is very large and diverse. The topography changes as you move through the territory. It is as if a growing bear, at first quiet and calm, then huge and majestic. So the steppes and plains grow into the foothills and the mountains.
Summer
Summer is the best time to visit Gornaya Kolyvan. You can climb the peaks, see the mines, swim in the lakes. Make bike and motorcycle trips.
In Autumn
Climbing the mountain, excursions to the mines are available. Autumn in Kolyvan is a great time for contemplative tourism and photo tours.
In winter
You can go skiing to the peaks of the mountains, visit the museums of the area.
